Director Michael Hackett and Olivier Award-winning British actor Henry Goodman collaborate to bring Sophocles' great meditation on war, honor, and the nature of truth, Philoktetes to the Getty Villa's Theater Lab series. The play poses the question whether it is ever justifiable to act against ethical codes in order to achieve a higher good.
